WHAT IS YIN YOGA?
An ancient asana practice with slow, cooling long held poses lengthening the connective tissue, ligaments, and tendons which support and strengthen the joints of the body, primarily of the hips, pelvis and lower spine.

Yin yoga also stimulates the meridians or energy lines of the body, breaking up blockages and encouraging an easier flow of prana or chi throughout the body. Many of
these meridians correspond to different organs.

This practice will include asanas (poses), pranayama
and meditation to facilitate bringing balance to our bodies,
hearts, and minds.

When: Thursday, September 22, 7:00pm to 9:00pm

Cost: $15 if purchased online. $20 at the door.
