Props are a wonderful way to explore yoga with greater ease and confidence. They help you find proper alignment, support your body, and make poses more accessible—no matter your experience level or physical condition.

Our studio provides all the props you’ll need for classes or private sessions at no extra cost. Of course, you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer!
