In this class, we will be yoking the breath with the poses in a moving meditation; creating resilience in the body and mind. Practice will end in stretches to balance our left / right differences. Consider this a Vin / Yin (Win / Win) class.

In-Person Early Morning Yoga, Hatha

Hatha Yoga practice strives to balance mind and body via physical postures and exercises (Asanas). Controlled breathing and the calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation. Physical alignment is addressed as are each person's specific abilities.

We move slowly to understand, explore and challenge each asana and to remain in the present moment. The 4th week of each month we practice restorative postures.

NEW! Designed for young minds to explore yoga and meditation, this class, will help with building confidence while learning to calm their bodies through foundational postures and movements. Each session focuses on yoga poses for physical strength, flexibility, and balance; dynamic movements and breath work will help energize the body.
 
This is the perfect space for adolescents to connect, unwind, and build calm and focus.

Waves of Love Bereavement Group

NEW! This group is a gathering for those that are experiencing grief. This is a safe space we create together, where each person is seen, heard and honored.
 
Grief comes in many forms and for many different reasons. It can be due to a break-up, a wildfire, or loss of a child.

All are welcome here.

* The first Sunday of the month is reserved for parents who have lost a child. Following the gathering, you’re welcome to stay for a donation based meditation and sound bath. Registration for the sound bath is recommended.
