Easy Like Sunday Morning

This Gentle Yoga class nurtures participants with stretches, breath-work, and standing poses to help unlock your tight hips, shoulders, hamstrings, and spine? We will focus on long holds and passive deep stretches. Restoring balance to the body, mind, and spirit- just perfect for a Sunday morning. Similar to Yin Yoga but not exactly the same.

Hatha Yoga 1/2

Influenced by many yoga traditions the teachers seek to combine a class that draws upon the disciplines of various yoga traditions to help student develop a well rounded practice. Music played in this class.

Iyengar Yoga

Intermediate

Iyengar Yoga is a mixed level class that teaches the classic yoga postures with a deep awareness of correct alignment and precise actions in the body. This technique helps to refine your poses while it trains the mind to remain alert, focused and composed.

Taught by a Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor.

Restorative

All Levels

Restorative yoga calms the nervous system, builds the immune system and encourages deep rest for the mind and body. It is especially helpful during times of stress and transition. Beginners are welcome.

Gentle Yoga

All Levels

The slower pace of a gentle classes allows time to modify each posture to best suit your body. Ideal choice for anyone looking to develop a practice of conscious, mindful movement with some support— We all need to take it easy sometimes, so be bold and go gentle. Your body will thank you.
