Influenced by many yoga traditions the teachers seek to combine a class that draws upon the disciplines of various yoga traditions to help student develop a well rounded practice. Music played in this class.
Hatha Yoga, Traditional

In this class we will explore the sacred teachings of yoga in a safe surrounding, thru asana, philosophy, learning to use our breath , building a strong foundation of the body to move us deeper into our practice. Physical alignment is addressed as are each persons specific abilities.
We move slowly to understand, explore and challenge each asana and to remain in the present moment. The 4th week of each month we practice restorative postures.
Iyengar Yoga 1
All Levels
Level 1 is a foundation for learning the whole scope and depth of the Iyengar method is taught in standing poses, shoulder-stand, other fundamental postures, and breath awareness. Beginners are welcome.
Taught by a Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor.
Iyengar Yoga 1/2
Intermediate
Iyengar Yoga is a mixed level class that teaches the classic yoga postures with a deep awareness of correct alignment and precise actions in the body. This technique helps to refine your poses while it trains the mind to remain alert, focused and composed. 6 months of Iyengar experience is required.
Taught by a Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor.
Iyengar Yoga 2
Intermediate
Level 2 is a bridge between the Level 1 and Level 3 classes. Introduction and expanded study of more intermediate poses (including headstand) and pranayama is taught. One year of Iyengar yoga experience is required. Not for beginners.

Restorative
All Levels
Restorative yoga calms the nervous system, builds the immune system and encourages deep rest for the mind and body. It is especially helpful during times of stress and transition. Beginners are welcome.
MindFul Movement

The careful sequencing in this class enables students to get in touch with their intuitive senses and better understand the importance of breath, pace, alignment and inward connection.
Mindful yoga awakens one’s inner grace, poise, flexibility, balance, strength and present-moment awareness.
This class is open to practitioners of all skill levels.
Gentle Yoga
All Levels
The slower pace of a gentle classes allows time to modify each posture to best suit your body. Ideal choice for anyone looking to develop a practice of conscious, mindful movement with some support— We all need to take it easy sometimes, so be bold and go gentle. Your body will thank you.
