Easy Like Sunday Morning *

This Gentle Yoga class nurtures participants with stretches, breath-work, and standing poses to help unlock your tight hips, shoulders, hamstrings, and spine? We will focus on long holds and passive deep stretches.
Restoring balance to the body, mind, and spirit- just perfect for a Sunday morning. 
Similar to Yin Yoga but not exactly the same.

In-Person Early Morning Yoga, Restorative Week

Hatha Yoga practice strives to balance mind and body via physical postures and exercises (Asanas). Controlled breathing and the calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation. Physical alignment is addressed as are each person's specific abilities.
We move slowly to understand, explore and challenge each asana and to remain in the present moment. The 4th week of each month we practice restorative postures.
Suitable for beginners.
 
** Fourth week of the month is Restorative Week.

In-Person Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar Yoga 1/2 is a mixed level class that teaches the classic yoga postures with a deep awareness of correct alignment and precise actions in the body. This technique helps to refine your poses while it trains the mind to remain alert, focused and composed.  Six months of Iyengar yoga is suggested.

Taught by a Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor.

Restore, nourish and strengthen your body with gentle pilates and yoga (PiYo!). Asides from gentle pilates, Darcy's class also includes other modalities such as chair, and arthritis-based exercises.

Waves of Love Bereavement Group

This group is a gathering for those that are experiencing grief. This is a safe space we create together, where each person is seen, heard and honored.

Grief comes in many forms and for many different reasons. It can be due to a break-up, a wildfire, or loss of a child.
All are welcome here.

* The first Sunday of the month is reserved for parents who have lost a child.

Following the gathering, you’re welcome to stay for a donation based meditation and sound bath. Registration for the sound bath is recommended.
