In this class, we will be yoking the breath with the poses in a moving meditation; creating resilience in the body and mind. Practice will end in stretches to balance our left / right differences. Consider this a Vin / Yin (Win / Win) class.

Hatha Yoga practice strives to balance mind and body via physical postures and exercises (Asanas). Controlled breathing and the calming of the mind through relaxation, meditation and aligned movement. Physical alignment is addressed as are each person's specific abilities.
We move slowly to understand, explore and challenge each asana and to remain in the present moment.
