I am passionate about sustainability, functional movement, optimal nutrition, and holistic wellbeing; and above all, I am an insatiable learner! I love to share what I have learned with you.”

Michelle has her BSC in Wildlife Biology. When not practicing yoga, you can find Michelle in nature, cycling, taking photographs, kayaking, camping…anything that keeps her in the great outdoors. She and her husband have three children. Now that they have grown, she took the time and completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program, Gravity yoga, Trapeze Training, Breath Coach through Yoga Teacher’s College.

Michelle uses strength, flexibility and balance as the foundation of a three legged stool to create functional movement patterns throughout the body. She uses breath with movement to help students feel empowered to make positive change in their bodies. Michelle's positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage students in the most supportive way. Yoga is a means to detach from distraction and expand ones’ awareness through this moving meditation.

I did not want to do medication so I chose yoga, meditation, diet and exercise. I was drawn to yoga because of the way I felt after a class. My body was so happy.
